At our location in Venlo, these freshly grown herbs are then packaged for the European market and international consumers.

Logistics and Production
At Vitacress Real we are always looking for enthusiastic and motivated people for our logistics and production department. We work together with Covebo Venlo and the application procedure will therefore go via them.

Production Employee …
When you start your day you are happy to work with these young, innovative and fast-growing club of happy colleagues of which you are an important part of. You will work in 2 shifts that rotate every week. There is no work on Sunday.
How your day at Vitacress Real looks like
Your work mainly consists of repetitive activities such as weighing and processing the fresh herbs. In addition, you will make preparations at the start of your shift, such as adjusting the weighing means.
If necessary, sort and wash the fresh herbs and do all this standing at a table on the production line.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to perform this work while sitting because the production tables are part of the production line.
Herbs that you will weigh will be for example; mint, parsley, thyme and sage. So you can assume that your working environment smells nice!
We are looking for new Herbies with the following profile
We are looking for happy people.
Preferably you have experience as a production employee.
You speak the Polish language. The English language is a plus.
You like to work accurately and are not under pressure when you have to step up to achieve the targets of that day.
You want to work in 2 shifts; 06.00-15.45 / 16.30-04.00 (end of work); * In connection with the current corona situation, the working hours above concern a change in working hours so that both teams do not intersect.
You live in the area of Venlo / Grubbenvorst.
We offer
Your gross hourly wage is € 9.90 for the first four weeks, then € 10.10 and after 39 worked weeks, your hourly wage becomes € 10.35 per hour. So, there is plenty of room to grow.

Travel costs from 10 km one way.

How your day at Vitacress Real looks like
Unloading, storing materials, and distributing them over the production lines.
Storage and removal of the finished products in such a way that the products can be delivered and removed in an orderly, correct, and timely manner according to the requirements set.
It is possible that you will work on the EPT, forklift and / or reach truck. You must have certificates for the forklift and reach truck. Don't you have these? Then it is negotiable to achieve this at the costs of Covebo on short term! For driving on the EPT you can receive an internal course, an external course is not required.
We are looking for new Herbies with the following profile
We are looking for happy people.
Preferably you have experience as a logistics employee.
You have at least a good command of the English language because English is spoken within this department.
Working independently, commitment and safety are competences that keep you busy in your daily work.
Valid forklift and reach truck certificate is not required.
You want to work in 3 shifts; 06.00-14.00 / 14.00-22.00 / 22.00-06.00.
You live in the area of Venlo / Grubbenvorst.
We offer
Your gross hourly wage is € 10. The first four weeks, then € 10.40 and after 39 worked weeks, your hourly wages will be € 10.85 gross per hour. So there is plenty of room to grow.
