The taste of coriander is sweet and aniseed at the same time. In principle, the whole herb is edible, but the taste can sometimes be different. This depends on the seeds.

In the Netherlands it is not very popular yet, but it is often used in Africa and India. The leaves of the herb can only be consumed fresh.

Where can coriander be used? garlic, coconut, lemon and ginger. Coriander can also be added to salads.
