• Managing and coordinating all inbound, internal, and outbound logistics flows.
• Taking operational responsibility for logistics activities across both the production site and external warehouse location.
• Ensuring high standards for safety, hygiene, temperature control, and warehouse organization.
• Coordinating transport movements between internal and external warehouse locations.
• Managing daily operational collaboration with logistics service providers and transport companies.
• Leading, coaching, and developing the logistics team and shift leaders.
• Monitoring KPIs, stock accuracy, inventory levels, and operational performance.
• Acting as key user and process owner for logistics systems, including WMS and ERP.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations.
• Supporting future automation and warehouse optimization projects.

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in a production or food environment is a plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Hands-on mentality with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work in a dynamic operational environment.
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch and Polish is a plus).
• The logistics operation runs in a 2-shift structure. The Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator role itself is primarily a day-shift position, with flexibility expected when needed to support operations, projects, team coordination, or operational escalations.
